Portable. Operate with AC power or 9V battery (except MXX-123). In battery mode, the unit will shut off automatically if not in use and also alerts operator when battery is low. Small size (9.8 L x 7.1 W x 3.1) and light weight (less than 3 lbs.) suits on-the-go needs. Toggle between two weighing modes. Choose from 13 total weigh units including grams, carats, pounds, ounces, lb/oz and grains. Or set your own conversion using the USB or RS232 port.

RS232C or USB interface port. Add an RS232 or USB port to any MAXX Series balance to send balance results to a computer or printer. Not interfacing now, but might in the future? The interface port can be added at any time with a snap-in connection on the bottom of the balance.
